We have recently published our book “Mindful Choices for Well-Being.” By January 2018 we hope to publish a second Mindful Choices Therapy book: “Mindful Choices for Couples.” This is the beginning of our regular blog illustrating how Mindful Choices Therapy can be utilized to create steady movement toward high-level well-being.
